- Turned FINMA-regulated Swiss banking rules and a bare calculator into a guided, multilingual scenario-comparison tool that lets prospective buyers weigh financing options side by side; conformance-tested against the regulations and shipped solo to production in React/TypeScript.
- Own design and frontend implementation end-to-end, applying AI tooling at every stage - prompt-driven wireframing, generated component scaffolds, rapid variant testing - to compress turnaround from concept to high-fidelity, production builds.
- Designed Finyx, a concept for an AI fraud risk-scoring interface: alert triage, confidence visualisation, and an analyst review workflow that surfaces why a transaction scored as it did, not just the score.

- Co-led 0-to-1 design for PPLE (Price Promotion Label Execution), an AR/OCR verification system where the design problem was enterprise trust. Helped expert operators confidently act on AI-detected label data under noisy store conditions. Secured $250K ARR Staples contract within 6 months.
- Redesigned Scandit Express activation flow end-to-end. Applied progressive disclosure and silent failure detection to deliver a 50% increase in signup completion for a developer-facing enterprise product.
- Partnered closely with ML engineers, AI researchers, and PMs to translate computer vision and OCR capabilities into interpretable, trustworthy interfaces. Applied WCAG accessibility standards across all surfaces. Served 3M+ users across DACH, UK, and global enterprise markets.
